These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made via www.zu4r.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to these terms.
1. The Agreement
These Terms apply when you as a consumer ("Customer") place an order via www.zu4r.com. The agreement is between you and:

The transaction is completed when you receive your order confirmation. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided — name, email address, delivery address — is correct.
2. Prices and Taxes
Prices shown on the website apply at the time of ordering. All prices include applicable taxes and duties. International orders (outside Norway) are shipped via DHL Express with customs and VAT included in the price — no surprise charges at delivery.
We reserve the right to change our prices. The price applicable at the time you place your order is binding.
3. Payment
Payments on our website are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We offer the following payment methods:
- Shop Pay (Shopify express checkout) — save your details for faster checkout
- Vipps — available for Norwegian customers
- Klarna — pay now, pay later, or instalment options where available
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and other major cards
Our website uses SSL encryption. All payment details are encrypted during transmission and cannot be read by third parties.
ZU4R Sportswear AS reserves the right to verify card validity, address details and available funds before processing your order. Your card will be charged on the day your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery
All goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Harstad, Northern Norway. We ship worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Delivery is deemed to have occurred when the goods are received by you or your authorised representative. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of your order being placed.
5. Transport Damage or Lost Parcels
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible at post@zu4r.no. We will work with DHL or Bring to resolve the matter promptly.
6. Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn and with original tags attached. You are permitted to inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store. Items that have been used beyond reasonable inspection are not eligible for return.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK Consumers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
EU and UK consumers retain all statutory consumer rights under the law of their country of residence, regardless of these Terms.

8. Uncollected Parcels
All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. A fee of NOK 200 will be charged for uncollected parcels to cover return and handling costs.
9. Force Majeure
ZU4R Sportswear AS is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including general industrial disputes, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical failures, or failures by subcontractors. We will notify you as soon as possible if such a situation arises. If it persists for more than two months, both you and ZU4R Sportswear AS have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
10. Amendments
ZU4R Sportswear AS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. The Terms applicable at the time of your order are binding for that transaction.
11. Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may bring the matter before:

- The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (for EU consumers): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring disputes before the courts or consumer protection bodies in their country of residence, regardless of these Terms. Norwegian law governs these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
