All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Harstad, Northern Norway. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours on business days.

Taxes and Duties — Included
All international shipping prices include customs duties and local taxes. There are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives — what you pay at checkout is the total cost.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Norway — 2–5 business days
- International — 5–8 business days (DHL Express)
- USA — 5–8 business days (DHL Express)
In practice, most international orders arrive within 2–3 business days thanks to DHL Express. The estimates above are conservative — your order may well arrive sooner.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local conditions outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL or Bring tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel to your door.
Dispatch Days
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Norwegian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Transport Damage or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us as soon as possible at:

Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee of NOK 200 will be charged to cover return and re-shipping costs.
